Evening outfit, channeling hardcore 90s across the board. A girl just wants to channel her inner Kelly Kapowski sometimes!

Simple, Get Up and Go
Hey all, I’ve had a tripod for my camera sitting in a box for ages and decided to start putting it to use! I’m going to be uploading pics of my every day outfits for those interested, if you have any questions or comments about styles you see, would looove to hear your feedback and give any answers or tips I can come up with so please feel free! I wouldn’t recommend rocking the above outfit per say, but thought I’d intro with schlumpy ol’ me trying to set up this tripod for the first time one evening. :)

Neon At It’s Brightest
Last night I went to visit my Nylon familia at Lily’s Collins’ cover party and it was quite the reunion! Apart from my seeing my favorite people Jaclyn and Marvin for the second time in two weeks, which is always a treat, I also bumped into some 90210 alum who are taking the industry by storm.
First of course was covergirl Lily Collins, who guest-starred in our prom episode season 1 and has gone on to co-star in top films with some of our industry’s legends! She’s currently starring opposite Julia Roberts as Snow White in MAJOR motion-pic Mirror Mirror and I could not be more excited for the beautiful Miss Collins! Lily is truly one of the brightest minds and spirits I’ve met in LA and could not be more deserving of all successes that have and will continue to come her way. She also happens to be drop-dead gorgeous and looked absolutely stunning on the cover, rockin’ Nylon’s signature neon and leather digs! So proud of you ladybug! See Mirror, Mirror in theaters next week!
Shopping In New York!
I am FINALLY unpacking from my trip to New York Fashion week…yes, almost three weeks ago…and was reminded that I absolutely needed to blog to you guys about two amazing shops I picked up some great new pieces at while I was there!
My uber-talented stylist pal Grace Koo convinced me to carve just enough time out of my hectic hosting schedule to pop by two stores with her that she knew I’d love. Okay…so maybe it didn’t take much convincing. If you aren’t familiar, google the Great Frog and The Cast in the Lower East Side. If you are currently in Manhattan, I strongly suggest you play hooky to whatever you’re about to do and head there now!
