Sometimes a gal just wants to look like a cupcake and this dress certainly looks good enough to eat to me! The bold floral pattern and creamsicle palette combine perfectly in a confection of cute, while the 50s-inspired silhouette maintains its sophistication. It’s way out of my color comfort zone but I think I’d explore if it were with a dynamite dress like this!
I’ve never been big into skirts but I love me some good shorts. There is an expiration date on how long they are appropriate though so I like to utilize as many months of the year as I can to rock all sorts while I can get away with it! Balmain is known for its uber-sexy tailored blazers but when perusing spring collections, I found myself enamored most with these beaded tribal shorts. STUNNING.
On boxing-day last winter, I was shopping with my mom in Toronto and stumbled upon this exquisite store tucked away in the Hazelton Lanes plaza in Yorkville. When I was sifting through the amazing gowns, I spotted a couple of Alexander McQueen accessories and immediately asked if they carried any of his dresses. The store owner pointed me to the back room where I saw, and OBVIOUSLY tried on, this amazing Jacquard knit dress. Unfortunately, this one area was not a part of the 50% off sale and there was no way I could spend my rent on a single dress… but boy, I thought long and hard about it.
I’m not sure where my strong desire for a vintage LV backpack came from but it’s been burning for some time now and I’ve yet to take the plunge. I’m always one for the convenience of an over-the-shoulder bag, but a backpack would be twice as nice! I’m not normally one for wearing my label on my sleeve, so to speak, but this traditional monogram print is truly timeless and goes with absolutely everything!
I own these super cute and comfy little numbers in taupe and black and have worn the soles out on each pair twice! They’re perfect with any outfit and I’ve been on the hunt for a chocolate brown pair with no luck! Fashion gods, if you hear me, please point me in the right direction!
