Revamped 1920′s Flapper

Shenae Grimes Flapper Look

For an early afternoon event, I opted for this blue flapper-esque number. I paired the look with basic nude pumps and my classic Chanel quilted bag.

What do you guys think?

Beautiful dress! But, and I don’t mean to offend, it would look better with a bra.
