Q. From Sarah: Hey Shenae! I love you and your blog soooooo much! I watch 90210 religiously, and Annie is my all-time favorite character (even though she’s been on a wild roller coaster last season)! I love your style, so I would love to know who your favorite designers are. I hope you pick my question to answer this Friday! Thanks! :)
A. Hey Sarah! It's so nice to hear that you like my blog! Designer wise, I like to think I have an eclectic sense of fashion, so my favorite designers range from Marc Jacobs to Rag and Bone to Reformations all the way to the crazy world of McQueen. I also wear a lot of vintage so most of the pieces in my closet are label less. OH! I almost forgot Chanel! I love Chanel (who doesn't?!)
Q. From Michael: Every season on 90210 the fashion seems to change. What season did you like the best as regards to fashion. I liked the first season because it seemed more realistic to what teenagers wear.
A. Hey Michael! Nice to hear from you! Yeah the outfits have completely changed throughout the seasons. Annie went from small town fish out of water to Beverly Hills girl so her style definitely reflects her transition. Personally, I love Annie's style in the later seasons because it's a lot closer to what I wear in real life, also I get to pick some of the pieces I wear on the show!
Q. From Hope: My question (and please dont take thos the wrong way) is if u didnt make it as an actress is there a different career choice u would of went down.the path to achieve.
A. Hi Hope! Well before I was cast in 90210 I was interning at Canadian Fashion Television, so if acting didn't work out, I was definitely bound to be involved in the fashion world in some way or another!
Q. From Nina: Shenae hello, I love 90210 and I love your character, and would like to know what kind of movies and series you like, lots of love from Argentina
A. Hey Nina! Aw thanks for watching! I have a guilty pleasure of watching reality television -- anything from Mob Wives to Toddlers and Tiaras, I've been hooked. Chelsea Lately is also something I've been known to watch on a daily basis.
Q. From Natalie: Hey gurrrrrrl! You are so inspiring through fashion and an icon to young women in our generation. I like the art you see in fashion among other things. Concerning your other interests of art, I wondering: what is your favorite book(s), author, musician(s), painter/artist, and films.
A. HEY GIRL! What a great question! I'm always on the prowl for good music and upcoming bands that I think are really talented. At the moment, I've been jamming out to Grouplove and Band of Horses. It's hard to pin point my all time favorite musician though, but I will say that Jim Morrison and The Doors are pretty high up on that list! Show less »
